On Sunday 27th September 2026 to celebrate St Michael And All Angels (Michaelmas) at the 10:00 service we are welcoming a guest preacher:
Reverend Dr John Findon who was Reverend Thomas Shepeherds training incumbent

The service will be followed by a bring and share buffet to help Thomas celebrate 30 years of being a priest.

Collect for St Michaels And All Angels

Everlasting God,

You have ordained and constituted the ministries of angels and mortals in a wonderful order:
grant that as Your Holy Angels always serve You in heaven,
so, at Your command,
they may help and defend us on earth;
through Jesus Christ Your Son our Lord,
who is alive and reigns with You,
in the unity of the Holy Spirit,
One God, now and forever.

Amen.

Your generosity of approbation and gifts was overwhelming last weekend at the Michaelmas celebrations.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thomas.
