12th December prayers

Heavenly Father, in this busy time of Advent and Christmas, let us pause, be still and know that You are God. Through this stillness enable us to stop rushing around, making too much fuss and noise to hear the message of the angels. Let us pay attention for our community, family and church and find out Your will for us and for them. Show us where there are or might be sin and strife in our relationships. Enable us to hear and join in with Your love-song and share it with others. Amen.
