9th December prayers

Loving Father, thank You that You loved us so much that You sent Your Son to save us from the power of darkness, evil and sin. Let us lift our praises to You for piercing through the darkness, for enabling us, through Your Spirit to lift the melody higher, and proclaim the joy that cannot be silenced. Give us opportunities, in this Advent time of waiting, to proclaim Your gospel boldly with courage and clarity so that those who have not heard it or don't know You can hear and be filled with tidings of comfort and joy. Amen
